Your role at Dynatrace
- Together with your team you’re working on core components of the Davis Causal AI.
- As a lateral leader[HM1] [PC2] , you are part of the development team and lead by example, through building trust and coaching/mentoring your team members.
- Contribute to your team’s product domain as a software engineer, engage in technical and architecture discussions, design and implement cutting-edge features in Davis AI root cause analysis, optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain
- Empower and support your team members in their daily work, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Conduct 1-on-1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth.
- Take an active role in hiring by conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Lead the onboarding of new colleagues to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Support your team members in their career development and provide promotion suggestions.
- Advocate Dynatrace’s culture, promoting its values and principles within the team
What will help you succeed
- Technical study related to Software Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Java software development.
- Familiar with working in an agile environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with team members and stakeholders.
- Being able to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.
- Prior experience in mentoring and leading a development team

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
