Your role:

• Develop product privacy features for the Dynatrace Platform (front-end and serverless development in TypeScript and React, UI/UX design) 
• Integrate privacy by design controls and quality gates into the software development lifecycle (PII detection, privacy as code, CI/CD integrations) 
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment 
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance 
• Over time, develop privacy domain expertise to threat model new product features, run developer privacy training sessions, and facilitate internal dialogue on technical privacy topics and policy developments

What will help you succeed

• Strong background in front-end development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) in an Agile environment  
• Experience with end-to-end software development, including design and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, …) 
• Passion to solve cutting-edge challenges in the fields of privacy & security to protect individuals’ privacy at scale. 
• You think big and what you design is built to scale. Manual privacy process steps? No more - you automated them! 
• You’re a team player with a proactive approach and solid problem-solving skills. You look forward to working in an international, English-speaking environment. 

Desirables: 

• Back-end development experience in Java or another object-oriented language 
• Prior experience and qualifications in security, privacy, or data protection (IAPP CIPT, CIPP/E, CIPP/US…) are advantageous, but not essential - domain experts will support you in building your knowledge

Compensation and Rewards

• Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
