Your role at Dynatrace

  • Work as a member of the Order Management team that supports the Americas sales teams
  • Review and approve quotes for Sales to self-generate standard order forms
  • Create non-standard order forms in line with company policies for complex scenarios
  • Ensure order forms are prepared in a timely and accurate manner to meet tight sales deadlines   
  • Work with Manager and Legal to review and approve revisions to order forms requested by Customers or Partners
  • Work across various levels within the organization
  • Ensure all paperwork is received (order forms, purchase orders, etc.) and matches the approved quote upon contract execution 
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed in Salesforce and shipment of products is done in a timely manner for booking 
  • Share best practices and ensure compliance with company internal policies and processes
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for new features in Salesforce 
  • Assist with SOX audits and process reviews when required

 

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Detroit, MI office. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience within Order Management 
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ year experience with contract administration
  • 1+ year experience of drafting commercial terms and conditions and responding to red-lined order forms
  • 1+ year experience with Global Enterprise software and services sales orders

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience within the software/technology/SaaS industry
  • Advanced MS Word and Outlook, Intermediate MS Excel and Adobe
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • A dynamic, flexible individual capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong individual accountability and execution
  • Is deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Is a self-starter with a pro-active approach
  • Ability to work with multiple teams involved in the sales cycle simultaneously
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of working relationships
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive towards effective decision making

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $70K - $85K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
