Dynatrace is seeking a passionate and experienced product marketing leader to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our cutting-edge AI Observability solutions, with a particular focus on LLM Observability and its connection to broader Business Observability. This role will be instrumental in positioning Dynatrace as the leader in this rapidly evolving market, showcasing the unique value proposition of our platform in enabling organizations to confidently deploy, manage, and derive business value from AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for defining the messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with our target audience of CIOs, CTOs, SREs, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the overall product marketing strategy for Dynatrace AI Observability, with a focus on LLM Observability and its impact on business outcomes, aligning with the company’s broader go-to-market objectives.
· Define and refine compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition of Dynatrace AI Observability, emphasizing how it bridges the gap between technical performance and business impact, and differentiates it from competitors.
· Create high-impact marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, presentations, videos, and social media content, that highlights the importance of LLM Observability in achieving business goals.
· Lead product launches and go-to-market activities, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and other marketing teams.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities, specifically around LLM adoption and business use cases.
· Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battle cards, and training programs, that address the business value of LLM Observability.
· Present at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to evangelize Dynatrace AI Observability, with a focus on its ability to drive tangible business outcomes.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions, including metrics related to business impact.
· Collaborate with analyst relations to ensure positive coverage and positioning in relevant market reports, emphasizing Dynatrace’s leadership in LLM and Business Observability.
· Work closely with customer success to develop compelling customer stories and testimonials that showcase the business value of Dynatrace AI Observability.
· Monitor market trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud native, FinOps), and competitive activities to identify potential disruptions and opportunities.
· Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and other executives on competitive positioning, product strategy, and go-to-market approaches.
· Support competitive sales engagements by providing targeted information and analysis to sales teams.
· Influence industry analysts through proactive briefings and information sharing.
· Contribute to RFP responses by providing competitive analysis and insights.
· Coordinate go-to-market activities to maximize leverage of the partner ecosystem across product management, marketing, and field-facing teams, acting as the connective tissue to ensure relevant information is consistently shared with relevant stakeholders.
· Conference: Attend conferences, deliver speaking events and webinars, serving as the SME as needed.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, software engineering or related field
· 8+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market
Preferred Requirement
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Technical product marketing experience
· 10+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market
· MBA
· Ability to learn quickly and deliver results
· Willing to work across global offices and travel as needed
Employees Can Work Remotely Within the United States with residence 45 miles distance outside of local office. This role can be filled remotely for the right candidate. Additional Information Compensation and Reward:
· DOE, annual salary is $160K - $200K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location, and include salary bonus incentives plus RSUs.
