We are looking to find a People Operations Representative to join our People & Culture team to support Dynatrace employees with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences throughout with a particular focus on pay, working time and Leave of Absences.
In this role, we are looking for someone who has experience and can lead on pay related topics based on local labor law requirements and ensuring compliance process.
Your role in our team:

Answering and processing complex employment law and CBA issues in multiple markets in EMEA.

Provides expert advice to internal (P&C) and external (business facing) customers on the same.

Creating contracts and agreements as well as evaluations, statistics and presentations

Collaborating with other departments on pay, working time and Leave topics.

Analyzing and further developing our people operations processes

Ensure the department complies with all policies, laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as required.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and any other HR related tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required.

Attention to detail, ensures seamless payroll transitions and compliance with local CBA, federal and national regulations.
Qualifications

Proven experience as HR Generalist/People Operations Specialist in an international organisation.

Sound knowledge of labor law and passion for CBA topics in Austria

Experience in HR Operations and European labor law especially in the DACH region

Experience in supporting the deployment of new technologies and platforms within the context of HRIS, payroll and Workforce Management (time and attendance).

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure and diplomatic skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €52 000.- gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
