Your role at Dynatrace

  • Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions.
  • Developing comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices.
  • Overseeing and guiding the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan resources.
  • Leading by example and setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development.

 

Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices. All other candidates are able to sit remotely. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, including substantial exposure to solution architecture.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and foster collaboration.
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and the entire FP&A operations lifecycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in Anaplan functionalities, including modules, lists, dashboards, complex calculations, and data integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Anaplan models and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to align tactical efforts with broader business goals.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and an understanding of project management concepts.
  • An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is required, with additional certifications such as Anaplan Certified Solution Architect, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other EPM tools, data visualization platforms, or business intelligence solutions is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $150K - $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
