Your role at Dynatrace

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, especially as it relates to capacity planning and other real estate requirements.  Ensure that all projects support our capacity needs, enhance employee productivity, and are aligned with our culture.
  • Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement global workplace strategies that align with company goals, enhance employee experience, and support our growth.
  • Vendor and budget management: Manage global vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the CRE budget to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Lead the global CAPEX and rent real estate budgets, providing transparency through accurate variance reporting and regular cash flow updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including our Workplace Experience, accounting, finance, treasury, and business stakeholder teams to support the organization and adherence to accuracy, completeness, and deadlines.
  • Provide leadership to both internal and external teams supporting CRE transactions including legal, real estate brokerage and design firms ensuring alignment with stakeholders, approved budgets, and established timelines.
  • Review and approve construction, rent, and expense purchase orders, ensuring that they are accurate and within our company policies.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

This role is a hybrid role (3 days per week) out of our Waltham, MA office. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of relevant global leadership experience in CRE.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate and financial fundamentals across global markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience partnering, collaborating and influencing senior business leaders. (Directors, VPs).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience managing within a high growth environment, ideally in a technology firm.
  • Experience with enterprise software and CAD.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work well with all levels within the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $200K - $250K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
