Your role at Dynatrace

What you will be focusing on this position:
- Supporting the EVP, Chief Legal Officer, and her direct staff.
- Expense reporting for other executives.
- Executive offsite planning.
- Providing a wide range of administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating expense reports, and tracking progress.
- Preparing, editing, proofreading and organizing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Helping with the organization and maintenance of digital files, systems, databases, and intranet sites.
- Assisting the head of Legal and Board Operations with legal billing, law firm/vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, and monthly accruals initiatives.
- Conducting online research and assisting in gathering information for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for process efficiencies, automation, and other ways to utilize technology within the Legal and Transformation Teams.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Supporting other projects and initiatives within the Legal and Transformation Teams, as requested.
This role will be hybrid (2 days per week) out of the Waltham, MA office.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant experience (4+ years) in a similar role.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills:
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience working within a large company supporting multiple staff.
- Previous corporate legal department or law firm experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, attention to detail, multi-task, and manage conflicting priorities.
- Exemplary organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to think outside the box, problem-solve, and overcome obstacles independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro and ability to quickly learn other enterprise technologies.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $110K - $140K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
