Strategic People Compliance and Reporting Lead (m/f/x)

Dynatrace seeks a knowledgeable and globally experienced Strategic Advisor for P&C Compliance, Reporting and Global Mobility. In this role you will set the strategy, develop, and execute our global compliance reporting and global mobility programs. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company's employee compliance reporting requirements and supporting our global mobility program. This role ensures adherence to international employment laws, immigration regulations, reporting requirements, and internal Dynatrace policies and practices, while providing accurate and timely reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies.
This individual will lead and conduct risk assessments, foster process automation, and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards, Data & Analytics, People Leaders, Employees, SMEs, and internal and external Counsels across EMEA, APAC, NORAM, and LATAM.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive P&C compliance reporting framework that meets regulatory and internal audit standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports to federal, state, provincial, and local regulatory agencies, maintaining adherence to employment laws across all regions.
- Continuously monitor global employment legislation and assess its impact on compliance reporting and mobility practices.
- Lead P&C risk assessments, represent the function in internal & external audits, respond to vendor and certification requests, and manage global compliance documentation.
- Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure data accuracy and consistency for compliance reporting and mobility tracking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to monitor compliance, KPI’s, and global mobility trends.
- Establish reporting systems to track and analyze compliance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, international assignments, visa sponsorships, and cross-border employment structures.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, People Operations, P&C COEs, P&C Business Partners, Business Systems, and external vendors to ensure compliant relocation, expatriation, and repatriation processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional P&C teams, COEs, Leadership, Legal, and Finance on compliance reporting and mobility matters.
- Create and deliver training programs to educate employees, people leaders and P&C colleagues on compliance protocols, policies, and responsibilities.
- Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure a unified approach to compliance and act as a key point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
- Define and lead compliance strategies, metrics, policies, and automation strategies for P&C ER reporting.
- Review and assess P&C policies for possible risks, and maintain a robust compliance reporting framework.
- Research complex issues, provide recommendations, and advise the organization based on precedent, policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and support opportunities to enhance automation, transparency, and accuracy in compliance processes and reporting.
What will help you succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Law, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in HR, compliance, global mobility, or employment law, preferably in a multinational environment.
- English business fluent; Other languages, esp. German and Spanish, favorable.
- Sound knowledge of global compliance and reporting requirements. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Certificate Compliance Officer favorable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Experience in Excel, SuccessFactors, and Power BI favorable.
- Sound technical skills and advanced automation experience. Project management experience favorable.
- Positive role model and strong work ethic. Commitment to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.
- Excellent communication, consultative, coaching, and interpersonal skills to drive cross-border collaboration and navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Able to independently juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Compensation Data
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
