Dynatrace is hiring a Strategic People & Culture Business Partner to join our new R&D Business Partner team. If you're passionate about people, culture, and driving business transformation—this is your chance to make a real impact. 

In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with R&D leaders, act as a strategic advisor, and help shape our People & Culture function. You’ll challenge ideas, influence decisions, and champion a people-first mindset across the organization. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Strategic Partnership: Leverage deep understanding of Dynatrace’s business drivers and organizational culture to deliver people-centric solutions that address complex business challenges. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze business unit data to uncover trends and recommend strategies that enhance performance, retention, and employee experience. 
  • Talent Acquisition & Mobility: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and identify internal mobility opportunities that support career growth. 
  • Organizational Design: Partner with Talent Management on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessments aligned with strategic imperatives. 
  • Learning & Development: Proactively assess training needs and implement impactful development programs for individuals and teams. 
  • Total Rewards Collaboration: Work closely with the Total Rewards team to shape compensation and benefits strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Project Leadership: Drive high-impact HR initiatives with clear outcomes, timely execution, and effective change management 

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, in a dynamic, global organization 
  • Deep HR expertise across staffing, employee relations, performance, and leadership development in fast-paced, dynamic environments 
  • Strong knowledge in employment laws; multi-jurisdiction experience preferred 
  • Ability to influence decisions and navigate complex situations with confidence 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities that foster collaboration and trust 
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills

Compensation and Rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €85,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
