Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace Documentation is a critical asset in driving user adoption of our unified observability, security, and business platform, providing navigation through the multi-faceted functionality Dynatrace offers and helping users extract the most value out of Dynatrace. Our team develops the Documentation and enables other Dynatracers to contribute to it.

As Documentation Program Manager, you’ll connect Information Developers, Product Managers, and Product Engineers for software development, taking ownership of planning and prioritization, and ensuring the smooth flow of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accept Documentation requests from the software development organization,validating them against the Definition of Ready.
• Define and commit to Documentation work based on those requests, and ensure the timely delivery of commitments.
• Support Product Owners and Information Developers in planning, prioritization, and execution of Documentation stories.
• Balance stakeholder perspectives by acting as the team’s gatekeeper and considering various inputs.
• Challenge and understand requirements by understanding the “What” and “Why” behind them.
• Ensure transparency of the Information Development process.

• 3 years of experience
• Skilled in managing the intake of tasks for a multi-team organizational unit.
• Skilled in managing and balancing stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts.
• Collaborative and motivational team member with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of software documentation and the software development cycle.

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 61.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
