Your role at Dynatrace
As we continue our rapid expansion across the APAC region, we’re seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor to execute the end-to-end recruitment strategy while ensuring a superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of attracting top talent with speed and agility, all while championing inclusivity and quality. You will be a talent champion, actively sourcing candidates and cultivating a robust pipeline through long-lasting relationships. Furthermore, you’ll also design and deliver innovative talent engagement initiatives and tailored programs that support our hiring needs.
This position will be based in North Sydney and will report to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for the APAC region.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and proactive strategies to attract and recruit top performers.
- Act as a business partner with hiring managers and HR across APAC to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Focus on G&A, SDR, Marketing, and other openings across APAC as required
- Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver upon short and long-term needs.
- Partner with an employer branding to build awareness in the markets you support.
- Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted advisor with leaders across the business.
- Lead and participate in regional or global recruitment programs.
- Manage recruiting performance and reporting for respective groups.
- Build strong candidate pipelines to support future openings, particularly in customer and technical support roles
What will help you succeed
- At least 3-4 years of multiple discipline recruiting experience
- Success track record of direct sourcing candidates at all levels.
- Have experience working in high-growth and preferably SaaS global organizations.
- Have experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion.
- Possesses strong business acumen.
- You are independent and self-motivated to bring new ideas/new ways to reach top talent.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- High level of accountability with a focus on the customer and a passion for winning
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring an exceptional experience effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting
- A passion for continuous learning and openness to emerging technologies and tools
- Strong comprehension of spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus, supporting broader engagement across the APAC region.
