Strategic Operations & Executive Support Manager
Your role at Dynatrace
The Strategic Operations & Executive Support Manager serves as the strategic partner and right-hand to the VP of Customer Success & Service Delivery. In this role, you will translate strategic vision into execution, analyze complex data, and ensure seamless communication across senior stakeholders. Operating with high autonomy, you will independently gather inputs, refine deliverables through feedback, and own executive-level reports and presentations end-to-end.
In practice, this role demands a proactive, hands-on champion to source, analyze, and synthesize data from across the Customer Success and Service Delivery functions transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive executive decision-making. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership of deliverables: drafting structured reports, crafting executive-level presentations, refining outputs through feedback, and ensuring every final product is polished and boardroom-ready. Rather than waiting for direction, you will anticipate business needs, independently engage cross-functional teams, and gather inputs to deliver highly accurate, relevant work.
Strategic Initiatives & Project Management (70%): Partner closely with the VP to maintain visibility and momentum across cross-functional initiatives. You will track performance against strategic plans, monitor commitments on the ground, and ensure key projects remain on schedule.
VP Office Operations & Enablement (30%): Keep the VP's office running with absolute precision, managing critical communications, logistics, and executive follow-through.
The Ideal Profile
You operate with a high degree of autonomy translating high-level strategic direction into flawless execution without needing detailed instructions. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you bring an unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and reliability. You are equally skilled at deep-diving into spreadsheets as you are building compelling, executive-ready presentations and documents.
What you’ll do:
Cross-Functional Project Management & Reporting
- Own and execute VP-scoped cross-functional projects, proactively resolving blockers and maintaining momentum.
- Align Customer Success, GTM, and other internal teams to manage dependencies and secure end-to-end delivery.

- Create and iterate executive-level decks, operational updates, and briefings until they are presentation-ready.
Planning & Business Rhythm
- Partner with the VP to run key operational rhythms, including QBRs, OKR tracking, planning cycles, and leadership offsites.
- Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
- Develop comprehensive pre-reads, briefing materials, and talking points to prepare the VP for all commitments.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft and polish all-hands updates, announcements, and leadership messages in the VP’s voice.
- Act as a strategic point of contact for the VP, exercise judgment to resolve inquiries, escalate issues, or redirect stakeholders.
Operational Cadence & Executive Support
- Proactively manage the VP’s schedule to protect high-priority work and resolve conflicts.
- Oversee travel, expenses, and logistics for leadership workshops, team events, and customer engagements.
- Track action items and decisions from leadership meetings, holding owners accountable for follow-through.
