Your role at Dynatrace

This position requires an experienced, organized and detail oriented project manager with excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills. This person will work alongside the VP, Business Operations on various administrative and operational aspects of the organization and will coordinate and manage special projects as assigned. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Collects and prepares information used for presentations and meetings
• Works closely with committees and key stakeholders to assist and support key strategies
• Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules
• Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements
• Reconciles expense reports and budget-related data
• Manages the VP, Business Operations schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks and complex travel arrangements

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of experience in project management or administrative support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or executive-level administrative support
• Experience working directly with senior leadership or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with budget tracking and expense reconciliation
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans
