This role sits at the intersection of marketing, developer relations, content strategy, and operational rigor.
What You'll Do

- Write and edit session descriptions, abstracts, speaker rationale documents & post-event recap content as needed
- Shape and sequence agendas, keynotes, breakouts, panels, workshops, and ancillary sessions in partnership with key stakeholders
- Produce event marketing content — email campaigns, landing pages, session descriptions — in partnership with broader marketing teams
- Leverage audience data, post-event feedback, session ratings, or NPS to continuously refine content strategy and programming effectiveness
- Sustain our practitioner narrative across programs
Operations & Project Management
- Own and manage content timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Build and maintain repeatable systems, trackers, speaker databases & playbooks that drive operational rigor with room to scale
- Maintain process documentation for reviews, reference & version control
- Deliver clear status updates to leadership on progress, risks & open decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across Product Management and Advocacy, Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, Creative, and Events to ensure content strategy and decisions translate cleanly into our programs
- Collaborate with Customer Advocacy to identify and shape customer stories into compelling on-stage content
What will help you succeed
- 7+ years of experience in event content, programming, or content strategy roles, with direct ownership of flagship or high-visibility programs Demonstrated experience developing content for large-scale in-person events including themes, session design, speaker curation, and keynote production
- Strong storytelling instincts — able to distill complex technical ideas into compelling narratives
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a sharp eye for creating easily digestible content
