Your role at Dynatrace

The Global Benefits Advisor - Car Lease Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the company’s leased vehicle program across multiple countries. This role administers the end-to-end process for employees eligible for a company-leased vehicle, including onboarding new hires, supporting internal promotions, and maintaining strong relationships with external leasing vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless and compliant experience for employees while optimizing vendor performance and cost efficiency.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Remote and Hybrid working available. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the global car lease program, ensuring consistency and compliance across all participating countries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees eligible for a leased vehicle due to new hire status or internal promotion.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and mobility teams to ensure accurate and timely vehicle assignment and benefit processing.
  • Maintain and update car lease policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and company standards.
  • Liaise with external leasing vendors to manage contracts, resolve issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Monitor and report on program metrics, including cost, utilization, and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the annual review and negotiation of vendor contracts and pricing.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR business partners and managers on car lease eligibility and processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Stay informed on market trends, tax implications, and regulatory changes affecting vehicle leasing in different regions.

What will help you succeed

  • Prior of experience in mobility, HR operations, or vendor management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Competent understanding of vehicle leasing programs and international mobility practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or mobility platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing programs across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software or vendor portals.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
