What will help you succeed
· Support account planning by conducting research, crafting compelling value stories, and executing effective outreach strategies
· Generate new business opportunities by setting up high-value meetings with key decision-makers
· Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts in Germany and Austria through proactive outbound prospecting
· Build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, free trials, and webinars
· Leverage best-in-class tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, and more
· Gather sales intelligence on customer needs, pain points, and decision processes
· Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and high-quality prospect data
· Learn how Dynatrace’s platform delivers real value to customers – and how to clearly communicate that
· Conduct discovery calls and short product demos to spark interest and open doors
What helps you succeed:
· Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
· Strong interest in consultative, tech-driven sales
· Fluent German and very good English skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strategic thinking and ability to tailor your sales approach
· Ambition to exceed targets and grow professionally
· Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
