We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to support the VP of Sales and regional leadership across EMEA. This hybrid role blends executive support with strategic communications, driving operational efficiency and team engagement. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner, adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and creating compelling content that aligns with business goals and resonates with diverse audiences.
What you will be focusing on as an Executive Assistant
Executive & Sales Team Support Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for the VP of Sales and RVPs, including calendar coordination, travel, meeting prep, events, and expenses.
- Organize logistics for meetings and events - space, catering, supplies, and tech setup.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and employee experience initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Prioritize and manage complex schedules, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth execution.
- Keep leadership informed and prepared for meetings, tracking follow-ups and outcomes.
- Coordinate travel plans and complete related reports.
- Assist with meeting agendas, logistics, and act as a gatekeeper for communications and requests.
- Support monthly operational tasks such as approvals, expenses, and purchase orders.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit internal communications, presentations, and reports.
Sales Communications Advisor Responsibilities
- Create and deliver concise, motivating communications to EMEA sales teams.
- Share strategic updates, sales wins, incentives, and performance insights via email, calls, video, and Slack.
- Align messaging with business priorities and leadership tone.
- Drive engagement through actionable content and continuous feedback.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and comfortable with new technologies, including AI tools and digital collaboration platforms.
