As a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you will ensure compliance with company policies and support our hybrid workforce of approximately 85 associates at your office location. You will work closely with our Engineering Headquarters in Linz and help plan initiatives that strengthen and support our Upper Austria community. You will collaborate extensively with the global Workplace Experience team and play a key role in creating exceptional employee experiences. In partnership with local office leadership, you will drive local initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with global teams to ensure a consistent Dynatrace look and feel.

Responsibilities

Lead and Drive Associate Programmes and Culture

  • Take full ownership of associate programmes that reinforce Dynatrace's culture and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Act as a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing workplace relationships and encouraging social engagement.

Support Transformation Initiatives

  • Drive innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the global People & Culture team, local office leaders, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify workforce gaps and risks while recognising opportunities for further development.
  • Continuously enhance processes and deliver improvement initiatives.

Deliver Exceptional Events and Experiences

  • Organise and deliver high-quality events tailored to the needs of your office location and community, working closely with the global Workplace Experience team.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute successful events aligned with the wider employee experience strategy.

 

Onboarding and Employee Experience

  • Create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members and provide mentorship to new colleagues within the Workplace Experience team.
  • Ensure all new Dynatrace associates feel welcomed and integrated into the local community and culture from day one.
  • Drive global initiatives and maintain the Information Hub SharePoint as the single source of truth for workplace processes and resources.
  • Act as a first point of contact, openly sharing knowledge and best practices with global team members while continuously seeking opportunities to improve ways of working.

Operational Support

  • Partner with Finance and subject matter experts on travel management tools, expense administration, and invoice preparation.
  • Coordinate visitor management, workshop preparation, and on-site services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of purchasing process improvements in close collaboration with the Procurement team.
  • Promote cross-location communication and knowledge sharing to enhance the overall employee experience at Dynatrace.
  • Support the ongoing development of employee benefits and work closely with the People Operations team to ensure benefits remain aligned, competitive, and impactful.

What will help you succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Office Management or a similar role within a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries and supporting teams through organisational development, growth, and change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and drive process improvements.
  • A collaborative team player with strong partnership skills and a commitment to sharing knowledge and experience.
  • A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges, solve problems, and contribute to organisational goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.

Compensation and Rewards

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is €53,000 up to €65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We’ve listed the salary range for transparency, but if your experience and skills bring unique value, we’d still love to hear from you - please apply even if you’re outside the range.
