Your role at Dynatrace

We're looking for brilliant graduates (or soon-to-be) willing to move their first steps in the world of software engineering (back-end and full-stack) and to contribute directly to the development and advancement of the Dynatrace platform.

 

Before applying, please consider this is full-time, permanent position for early career professionals (max. 1-2 year of experience after the graduation).

 

While the role will be based in Linz, please note the whole onboarding phase in the Talent Academy (aprox. 6 months) will be held in Hagenberg. 

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Be part of Dynatrace Talent Academy: an ambitious cohort of like-minded colleagues who start their Dev career at Dynatrace together, fostering a strong environment for peer-to-peer learning and collaboration
  • Strengthen your tech knowledge, work on exciting projects, and get familiar with Dev life at Dynatrace (tooling, agile methods, code of conduct, etc.) before transition into one of our Dev Teams in Linz
  • Collaborate with experienced Software Engineers as mentors, getting continuous guidance from our Academy Program Managers

What will help you succeed

  • (Almost) graduated in a BSc / MSc Degree in Computer Science, AI or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) stack, with preference accorded to Java 
  • Growing interest in, or familiarity with, Generative AI and its emerging applications in software development, as we place increasing attention on AI-driven capabilities
  • Being a team player with a proactive approach, and solid problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication skills

Compensation and Rewards

The salary range for this position based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week) goes from 46000€ to 58000€, depending on your experience and qualifications.
