We’re looking for an ambitious Software Developer to implement our vision for Dynatrace’s value in Software Delivery (CI/CD) and for DevOps and agentic AI ecosystem integrations. As an AI Software Developer, you will: 

  • Build and maintain applications that integrate with AI in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Optimize and enhance the performance and user experience of our applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Resolve different kinds of software problems (including performance and security) by debugging, testing, and fixing
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 

What will help you succeed

  • Worked on AI-related/assisted projects

  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering and integration of agentic AI technology

  • Knowledge about coding assistant (for example Copilot), MCP, AWS Bedrock, or IDE plugin development is a plus

  • Team player with a proactive approach

  • Familiar with working in an agile environment

  • Strong experience in developing software using TypeScript and/or Java

Compensation Data

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
