We are seeking a visionary Expert GenAI Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for our next-generation GenAI and LLM-powered products. This role is centered around translating cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-grade solutions that deliver real value to enterprise customers and developers. You will work cross-functionally to shape product direction, drive adoption, and ensure our AI-driven offerings set us ahead.

Your role at Dynatrace

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GenAI-powered solutions
• Translate complex technical and research advances into actionable product requirements and intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams to deliver robust, scalable, and transparent AI products
• Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for GenAI offerings
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedbaack and validate product direction
• Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems to inform product strategy
• Mentor and grow a diverse, interdisciplinary team of product and AI professionals

What will help you succeed

• Bachelor´s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics; Master´s in AI, ML, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, or agentic architectures, and deep understanding of AI fundamentals
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and actionable product plans
• Excellent communication skills, with expeirence working cross-functionally and with enterprise customers
• Experience with cloud platforms, ML infrastructure, and developer platforms is a plus

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 85.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
