Job Description

• You will build elegant, high-performance UI components in TypeScript, React, and Node.js in a modern, cloud-native environment.
• You will work within some of the most advanced frontend architecture, including micro frontends and microservices.
• You’ll help drive the product’s visual and interaction design, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that values clean code, continuous delivery, and shared ownership

What will help you succeed

• Solid 10+ years of experience building and architecting complex, responsive and adaptive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in software design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
• Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong ownership mentality with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A passion for UX/design and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer this role as a full-time position, but are happy to consider part-time options starting from 30 hours per week!
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 61,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
