Your role at Dynatrace
- Manage, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
- Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
- Effectively collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching
- Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step
- Ensure performance and alignment of your teams
- Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
- Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
- Identify and drive organizational change initiatives
What will help you succeed
- 3+ years of experience in building and leading successful distributed backend- or cloud-focused software teams (or similar)
- Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Ability to break down, communicate and implement high-level strategies to your area of responsibility
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 75,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
