Your role:
- Leading directors and managers of 5-10 development teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders cross-lab and focus areas.
- Defining the organizational setup of the teams and growing them by finding the right talents with dedicated local and international recruiting.
- Inspiring and empowering your team through mentorship and coaching, providing career guidance and driving cross-lab alignment.
- Extending the business value and driving development-side ownership of product capabilities.
- Planning, monitoring, and steering strategic development topics, taking part in strategic roadmap planning, and improving development processes.
- Living, supporting, and developing Dynatrace values and culture, translating vision into the competencies of the lab, and driving innovation.
- Driving solutions and innovation by excellence, not by hierarchy, and leading through empowerment.
What will help you succeed
- Experience in building and scaling successful software departments
- Ability to work and scale within a fast-growing and agile company and to think and plan strategically.
- 10+ years of leadership experience with development teams in an agile software environment.
- Experience in leading leaders and being able to coach and mentor bigger teams.
- Organizational Change Expert: dealing with change and being able to scale with growing company.
- Proven track record of building a culture that encourages autonomy, innovation, teamwork, and productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for working with different audiences.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 100.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
