In this role, you’ll architect and deploy agentic AI systems to solve complex, real-world challenges and accelerate data-driven product innovation.
You’ll bridge theory and practice – fine-tuning foundation models (LLMs/transformers), crafting prompt engineering and RAG solutions, and translating experimental results into scalable, production-grade AI services.
We’re looking for a senior Full-Stack Engineer to take a significant role in developing our critical response AI Agents. If you’re passionate about developer experience and pioneering AI in software delivery, this is your chance to carry out the future of how modern teams build, deploy, and operate software at scale.
What you’ll do
Build, optimize, and maintain agentic apps on Dynatrace, focused on critical incident response.
Fine-tune, deploy, and monitor foundation models (LLMs, transformers) and generative architectures.
Develop prompt engineering workflows and retrieval-augmented generation systems and innovative integration with MCP and A2A.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to integrate AI into customer-facing products.
Collaborate with 3rd party integrated products for an end-to-end solution.
Lead experimental design, data analysis, and performance benchmarking.
What will help you succeed
5+ years’ experience in applied application development.
Proficiency with Python (NumPy, pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and strong coding skills in Java, C++ or React.
Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and generative AI architectures.
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and ML operations.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
