As a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, you will support our hybrid 1st team with 600 colleagues (constantly growing) assigned to your office and work closely with the global Workplace Experience team.
This role does not require prior experience within the Technology industry, candidates with experience of Front Office/Desk, Office Management and/or Administration roles are encouraged to apply as well as candidates from customer facing industries.
- Internal Event Organization tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.
- Future way of work concept by working on continuous improvement of our office space planning and being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships and building social engagements.
- Close cooperation with Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses and preparatory invoicing.
- Local Office Support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance.
- Purchase in close cooperation with our Procurement team.
- Employee Benefits ensure alignment and improvement and competitiveness of our Employee Benefits and take care of the administration together with our People Operations Team
- Support and advice the team on everyday tasks.
People & Culture
- Bring the Dynatrace Culture to your Community and be a true Ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.
- Onboarding of new employees Team Onboarding presentation and an office tour - creating an outstanding first day experience for new team members
- Promote new global initiatives to the Community in cooperation with the Internal Communication Team and have a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes in place.
- Eagerness for process improvement in close cooperation with a dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team for 600 team members and our local site leaders.
Qualifications
Min. 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company
- Readiness and willingness to take over new responsibilities and improve processes for the better
- Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.
- Strongly developed sense for the business needs and goals
- Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization
- Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking
- Fluent German and English skills are a must have

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
