Your role at Dynatrace

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and effective talent acquisition process across the organization. This role encompasses system oversight, candidate and contractor logistics, and the administration of TA policies and processes. With a strong focus on program management and continuous improvement, the specialist will optimize TA systems and enhance the overall talent acquisition capability. As a subject-matter expert, this individual will contribute to a reliable, engaging, and smooth experience for candidates and employees, partnering closely with onboarding stakeholders to ensure a successful transition from candidate to employee.

 


Candidate & Contractor Logistics

  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across teams and regions.
  • Oversee contractor hiring processes, including requisition approvals, request handling, and offer coordination with onboarding.
  • Administer agency support, including creation and renewal of agency agreements, ZIP requests, and TA support for agency work requests.

Policy, Process & Support

  • Administer and maintain TA policies and work instructions across EMEA in partnership with TA Operations Specialists in other regions
  • Manage internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality candidate engagement during the interview process
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with business needs and user expectations.

Program Management & Tool Adoption

  • Participate in large-scale projects aimed at optimizing TA processes and systems.
  • Drive adoption of agentic AI tools to enhance candidate, business and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and workflows.
  • Contribute to the evolution of consistent and harmonized global TA processes.

System Oversight & Management

  • Operate within SuccessFactors (SF), managing first-level functional questions and issue resolution (training provided).
  • Oversee Paradox for interview scheduling and promote stakeholder adoption and usage.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience working in Talent Acquisition Operations scheduling interviews and other related work duties
    Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Paradox (or similar systems) preferred.
  • Experience working across global regions (EMEA, NORAM, APAC) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
