Join our Platform Services Team, where we’re building the next-generation Token Sevices. Our mission is to deliver valuable insights into feature usage for our customers and internal teams, while providing robust controls for managing feature access.

In Licensing, our teams own microservices within their domains, hosted in the cloud and orchestrated via Kubernetes. Our tech stack includes the latest versions of Java, Kafka, and Jetty, supported by tools like Jenkins and Gradle. We also use AWS. We store data in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and often use the Dynatrace data lakehouse, Grail. Automation ensures our libraries are always up to date.
This role is designed for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a desire to evolve into a Technical Product Owner. You’ll start by contributing hands-on to our platform and gradually take on more product leadership responsibilities – leading and prioritizing the team’s backlog by collaborating with stakeholders and driving decisions aligned with the product strategy.

Grow into a Technical Product Owner role by balancing technical depth with product vision and communication.
- Design, develop, and own Java-based microservices for account, subscription, and usage tracking.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into well-defined user stories.
- Lead and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Define and commit to epics, set sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of team commitments.
- Foster high-quality software engineering practices and end-to-end thinking within the team
Our demands:
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or a comparable programming language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience or strong interest in technical product ownership
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leading from both a technical and product perspective
- Ability to manage and balance stakeholder expectations and priorities

Compensation and rewards:
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts, and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office). The minimum salary for this position is 196,000 PLN gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
