As part of our GUIDE team
As an information strategy product manager, you’ll ensure that Dynatrace users find what they need and can quickly self-serve when they want to learn about our product, tackle their challenges, engage with other users, or build on top of our platform.
You’ll be part of GUIDE (Guardians of the Integrated Dynatrace Experience). This cross-organizational unit ensures Dynatracers, customers, and partners have the right information at the right time to create consistent, cohesive, and coherent end-to-end experiences.
Within GUIDE, you’ll join the team that drives GUIDE’s mission across the self-serve, non-product touchpoints we provide users: this is the Experience Ecosystem, which helps users get value from Dynatrace as effortlessly as possible. It includes Dynatrace Documentation, Dynatrace Community, Dynatrace Developer, and other channels.
You’ll work with other passionate, approachable product managers who draw upon the team's collective strengths to achieve the best possible results for us and our users.
You’ll define and execute strategies for top-notch content, effortless navigation, and seamless cross-channel experiences. You think beyond silos and create compelling narratives to promote the evolution of our documentation and the Experience Ecosystem overall.
Your role at Dynatrace
- You will develop and drive the roadmap for our product documentation in alignment with other parts of our Experience Ecosystem (Dynatrace Community, Dynatrace Developer portal, enterprise search, and other channels).
- You will dive deep into how people access information in our ecosystem to design an effortless, next-level experience that caters to users' different needs.
- You will help develop our cross-cutting information and content strategies for contributors to ensure we're building a coherent, cohesive, and consistent information journey.
- You will promote user-centric, cross-channel thinking and processes.
- You will support cross-solution information strategy initiatives and balance the big picture and actionable, well-defined increments.
What will help you succeed

You have 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B software product environment and 5+ years of experience as technical writer, content designer or similar

You bring expertise in roadmapping

You are a product manager who starts with the “why” behind your strategy to motivate and inspire.

You draw on your observations as a hands-on technical user and validate your conclusions with customer insights and analytics.

You are a creative self-starter who can envision a future for enterprise software documentation above and beyond what we can do today.

You have a passion for devising holistic strategies for technical content

You are a pro at ensuring consistent results in an environment with many contributors and stakeholders.

You engage expertly with internal and external stakeholders and succinctly communicate your vision and plans.

You understand docs-as-code and are itching to use new technologies (LLM, gen AI) to take our experience ecosystem to the next level and let content contributors focus on what they do best.

You understand technical topics such as software intelligence, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, application security, and SaaS.
