Your role at Dynatrace
- Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
- Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
- Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching
- Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step
- Ensure performance and alignment of your teams
- Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
- Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
- Identifies and drives organizational change initiatives
What will help you succeed
- 3+ years of experience in building and leading a successful software team (or similar)
- Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to break down, communicate and implement high level strategies to your area of responsibility
