Your role at Dynatrace

  • Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)  
  • Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members  
  • Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching  
  • Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step  
  • Ensure performance and alignment of your teams  
  • Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning  
  • Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
  • Identifies and drives organizational change initiatives

What will help you succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in building and leading a successful software team (or similar)  
  • Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring  
  • Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives  
  • Strong communication and coordination skills  
  • Ability to break down, communicate and implement high level strategies to your area of responsibility
