Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking a skilled and commercially astute Legal Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. As part of our Global Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts to support business operations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Partner and Procurement to ensure contracts are legally and commercially viable, aligned with company objectives.
- You will review, negotiate, structure, and manage commercial contracts that establish business relationships with third parties, such as vendors, customers, and channel partners.
- You will have primary responsibility for non-disclosure agreements, RFPs, amendments, transactional documents (e.g., order forms), and modifications to standard commercial sell-side and buy-side agreements.
- You will leverage Dynatrace’s guidelines and policies to resolve non-compliant terms, escalating legal and business risks to attorneys and/or key functional stakeholders, and assist in the resolution, as necessary.
- You will respond promptly to legal-related requests from internal clients across functional groups including the bid team, order management, services, partner channel operations, and procurement
- You will collaborate and work closely with attorneys and other professionals within the legal team.
- You will manage and ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate and accessible in the company’s content management repositories, including the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) repository.
- You will support the continuous improvement of standard agreements, policies, processes, and overall contract management.You will perform administrative duties relevant to contract review and management.
What will help you succeed
- 4-6+ years’ overall contract management experience. At least 4 years’ experience managing commercial contracts, preferably in an in-house role with a software or technology-oriented company.
- Proficiency in CLM software, and document management tools.
- Ability to review and redline contracts using track changes in MS Word.
- Experience with the following types of transactions: SaaS licensing, professional services, reseller agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Strong business sensibilities and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Able to manage multiple transactions and issues at one time.
- With limited guidance, able to work independently and efficiently under time pressures and deadlines in a sales-driven environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal management highlighting a customer service-oriented approach.
- A team player with an attitude that no job is too big or too small.

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Salary: 14-20k PLN gross per month. We hire only based on a contract of employment (UoP).
