Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace, the world’s number one Software Intelligence monitoring platform, provides answers, not just data, about application performance and end-user experience. We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.
  • You will be working in a cloud-native environment with Java while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • You will develop backend services with focus on performance, efficiency and scalability that support integration of our frontend features
  • You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
  • You will work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), researching and building knowledge around modern cloud architectures. You will build visualizations that help our users understand the complexity of cloud observability data.

What will help you succeed

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
  • Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with at least one public cloud platform AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Ideally, experience working of React and modern front-end development practices
  • Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Familiar with working in an agile environment
  • Good English communication

Compensation

  • We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

  • Base salary range — starting from 12.000 PLN gross per month
