Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Software Engineer you will: 

  • Thrive in our cloud-native environment with TypeScript  
    and React.js while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies 
    to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
  • Build, deliver and be responsible for critical and most challenging features and components throughout their lifecycle  
  • Write both React components and native JavaScript libraries 
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and complex implementations 
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality of code, and design principles 
  • Make software design decisions and identify potential issues and risks 
  • Work with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices to build software end-to-end 

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript 
  • Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience 
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS 
  • Excellent knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices 
  • Experience working with backend (Java, Spring Boot) 
  • Being hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Compensation

Compensation and Rewards 

  • We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages 
  • Base salary range — starting from 16.400PLN gross per month
