Your role at Dynatrace

We’re seeking a proactive, analytical leader to drive business intelligence and data science initiatives across our global customer experience and technical support teams. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating business needs into actionable insights, predictive models, and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels.  

  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities; communicate findings through compelling narratives and visualizations.  
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support real-time decision-making.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and optimize performance.  
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to evaluate business outcomes and forecast future trends.  
  • Deliver executive-ready presentations enriched with contextual insights and strategic recommendations.  
  • Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact analytics and ad hoc reporting.  

What will help you succeed

Required Skills: 

 
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Post-Sales Operations within high-tech or SaaS environments.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.  

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights using SQL, DAX, PowerQuery, and statistical tools.  
  • Strong understanding of statistical testing, regression analysis, and data validation techniques.  
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Python.  
  • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot between strategic analysis and operational execution.
