Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Sales Operations team. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who’s ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact.
What you’ll do:

Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries.

Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles.

Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling.

Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership.

Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a remote role. To be considered, you must live in one of the following states (no exceptions):
Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, or Wisconsin.
What will help you succeed
Minimum requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Must reside in the Central Time Zone.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting Account Executives or sales teams.
- High emotional intelligence with a strong “customer-first” attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who is adaptable and solution-oriented.

Compensation and rewards
- The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
- Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
