Technical Product Marketing Manager

Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace is looking for a Principal Technical Marketing Manager to further acceleration.Dynatrace disruption of legacy log management and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Marketing, this role will work closely with a cross-functional team across marketing, product, sales, and services to support consolidation initiatives amongst large global enterprises. Log management is a high growth area, driven by the complexity of generative AI and agentic AI initiatives that are now moving into production. The cost of legacy log management solutions from competitors is far outpacing the value provided in dynamic complex environments. Many global enterprises are now consolidating observability
and log management solutions onto Dynatrace. You will play a pivotal role in quantifying the
business value differentiation of the unified Dynatrace platform so large enterprise customers can
plan migration KPIs and ROI as they transition significant log contracts from competitors to
Dynatrace. You will work with several large Global System Integrators (GSIs) for practices
standardized on the Dynatrace platform. The role will coordinate, orchestrate, and deliver required assets across the entire product lifecycle—from solution validation to launch and post-launch enablement and growth—with responsibility for Log Management and Analytics technology differentiation, especially in
support of customer AI-driven initiatives, ensuring that our customers can confidently deploy,
monitor, and scale modern AI workloads leveraging unified telemetry (metrics, events, logs,
traces, behavior, sentiment, etc) that is built into Dynatrace Grail, our massively parallel
processing data lakehouse.

Responsibilities

Go-to-market activities: Coordinate across product management, marketing, and field teams, acting as the connective tissue to ensure AI and LLM observability updates reach relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Content: Develop product-related content for each stage of the funnel—field enablement, pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and solution briefs—highlighting Dynatrace’s unique capabilities in monitoring AI technologies that support autonomous agent workflows.

Sales enablement: Provide regular training and enablement on AI observability value propositions, competitive differentiation in AI monitoring, and real-world customer success stories.

Competitive: Partner with the competitive intelligence team to assess the AI observability and agentic AI monitoring market landscape.

Conference: Represent Dynatrace at AI/ML and observability industry events, delivering thought leadership sessions on the intersection of AI, LLMs, and agentic AI observability.

Reporting: Collaborate on KPIs and goals for AI observability
