Job Description
Dynatrace is seeking a self-starter, motivated product marketer who wants to transform customer stories into impactful marketing collateral, field enablement presentations, and thought leadership content. Unlike many limited-scope marketing roles, this position will empower you to collaborate closely with our sales organization, services teams, and marketing leaders, and it reports directly to the director of product marketing for our post-sales organization.
Candidates must have exceptional cross-team collaboration, content creation, and communication skills. In addition, they should possess a passion for working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and have a demonstrable ability to deliver results. They should be results-oriented, and comfortable working within a global organization.
Job functional responsibilities and deliverables:
- Become an integral member of our Value Stories program, helping guide our professional services consultants to craft impactful customer success stories and share those across all internal Dynatrace.
- Craft presentations, factsheets, and other content that enables sales teams (both internal and partners) to understand and properly convey to customers the value of Dynatrace Services.
- Help create and deliver Win and Value Wires, which are internal, company-wide communications that showcase the most impactful customer success stories.
- Partner with the organization’s leaders on the creation of a unified customer journey framework.
- Deliver occasional presentations to an audience of hundreds of customer-facing employees as part of our virtual sales enablement program (Zoom based)
- Discussing objectives and key results to Dynatrace executives on a quarterly basis
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Some marketing experience in B2B job function desired
Preferred Requirements
- MBA is a plus
- 8+ years’ relevant experience, ideally in the B2B, SaaS technology space
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing
- Team player experienced working in a global environment with teams spanning multiple geographies
- Solid executive presence – ability to uncover insights and present results to senior business leaders
