Lead Global DEIB Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director – Global DEIB, this position collaborates across functional teams to integrate inclusive practices into organizational processes, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen recruitment and retention efforts—ensuring all individuals are empowered to contribute and succeed. In addition, this role will support CSR programs focused on sustainability, community engagement, and corporate giving, including managing data for ESG reporting, coordinating volunteer and donation programs, and amplifying impact stories internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
DEIB
- BRG Governance & Engagement Support: Assist in maintaining the BRG governance model by coordinating onboarding and succession planning for BRG leaders and executive sponsors. Support global expansion efforts and help facilitate cross-BRG collaboration. Prepare and share progress updates with the Inclusion Leader.
- Inclusive Programs & Partnership Coordination: Provide administrative and logistical support for programs that promote inclusion and belonging. Assist with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with People & Culture and external partners to ensure successful activations and reporting.
- Talent Acquisition & Branding Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition to help implement inclusive hiring practices and schedule training sessions. Collaborate with communications teams to gather content and promote inclusion initiatives and success stories across internal and external channels.
- Data & Reporting Assistance: Collect and organize inclusion-related data for analysis. Prepare summaries and reports for ESG submissions, inclusion index applications, and other data-driven initiatives.
CSR Reporting & Impact Measurement
- Strategy & Governance Support: Assist with coordinating CSR activities, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking deliverables. Research emerging CSR trends and share summaries.
- Reporting & Impact Measurement: Collect and organize CSR data for inclusion, sustainability, and community impact. Draft content for the annual CSR report and prepare summaries for leadership.
- Community Engagement & Partnerships: Support relationships with nonprofits and community partners. Help plan volunteer programs and track charitable giving activities.
- Environmental & Social Impact Initiatives: Coordinate updates on sustainability goals and compile impact reports.
- Corporate Donation Programs: Assist with donation logistics, compliance documentation, budget tracking, and reporting. Help communicate impact stories internally and externally.
- Communications & Compliance: Draft CSR-related communications for internal/external channels. Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You have experience supporting BRGs, inclusive hiring, and translating feedback into impactful programs and publications. In addition, you are comfortable coordinating CSR activities such as community engagement, corporate donation programs, and sustainability reporting. You understand how to measure impact, manage partnerships, and amplify stories that demonstrate our commitment to both people and planet.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting or managing programs in DEIB, CSR, ESG, or similar global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Sustainability, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional work across regions.
- Experience supporting BRGs/ERGs, coordinating inclusive hiring practices, and preparing data or reports for ESG/DEI insights.
- Experience executing global DEIB strategies and supporting CSR or ESG programs.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, UN SDGs) and ability to analyze DEIB/CSR data for insights.
- Experience managing community partnerships, donation programs, or sustainability initiatives.
- Skill in internal communications or storytelling to amplify DEIB and CSR impact across the organization.
This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $120K - $150K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
