Join Our Team
As Director, Strategy & Operations, you will be a key part of the Transformation Office and sit at the heart of our Strategy & Operations team. You’ll be a high-visibility leader—partnering with Marketing and other key stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, lead enterprise programs from ideation through execution, and measure outcomes that inform future strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, driving change across people, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps and priorities in partnership with Marketing leadership and other business stakeholders.
- Provide leadership-level strategic direction for complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals.
- Oversee and facilitate the team’s engagement with enterprise processes, governance frameworks and delivery models.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams—facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate program status, milestones, KPIs, and business impact clearly to executives and stakeholders.
- Drive operational improvements: advise on best practices, implement organizational change, and optimize processes/technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate program outcomes using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and refine future strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal governance standards.
This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of program or portfolio management experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in marketing or go-to-market program planning and execution.
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, complex programs from initiation to successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with transformational initiatives affecting people, processes, and technology.
- Strong interpersonal leadership with the ability to influence high-level decision-making and foster alignment across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in budget planning, resource allocation, and financial governance.
- Proficient in leveraging data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and act as a strategic business partner to senior executives.
- History of coaching, mentoring, and scaling high-performing program management teams.
- Familiarity with AIOps, observability platforms, or cloud-native technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $170K - $190K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
