Join Our Team:
As Director Strategy & Operations, you will be a part of our centralized Strategy & Operations Team. Your role will be critical & high visibility, leading cross-functional activities to ensure successful planning, execution, communication, enablement, and success measurement. This role will have the opportunity to partner with our Corporate Development team on driving the integration of our global acquisition activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Corporate Development team to develop & execute strategic frameworks for integration.
- Develop and maintain a standardized integration playbook that outlines the value creation and detailed operating plans for relevant functions.
- Assess the complexity of integration and support the build-out of preliminary integration plans, which sets the foundation for post close KPIs, plans, etc.
- Lead the post close integration process, ensuring the alignment of all teams, execution against plans and the overall governance.
- Participate in diligence sessions to evaluate operations, systems and synergy opportunities.
- Lead and oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee and facilitate the team’s engagement with enterprise processes, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and risk management.
- Communicate and report across all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on strategic initiatives and plans.
- Influence, advise, and implement continuous improvements and best practices. Lead others to action in support of business outcomes.
- Become a trusted advisor and partner to your business stakeholders.
- Evaluate and measure program outcomes, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.
This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree & leadership experience required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience as a Program/Portfolio Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Strong interpersonal leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with due diligence processes and leading acquisition and integration lifecycles of various scale & complexity.
- Demonstrate highly developed knowledge, understanding and application of program management, strategy development, and SDLC methodologies.
- To expertly drive awareness and communicate the business impact of decisions, risks, and actions.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $170K - $190K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
