Your role in the team:
- Recognize and solve technical problems as reported by customers related to our SaaS and Managed products.
- Work with diverse customer technology ecosystems
- Interact with our support team across the globe to delivering best in class customer experience
- Work directly with customer application specialists and SMEs to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues.
- Be exposed to an entire range of cutting-edge technologies.
- Work closely with our development, customer success and product management teams.
- Attend training for new product features and technologies.
- Collaborate and exchange knowledge with other colleagues
- Suggest product and process improvements.
What will help you succeed
- 1 to 2 years experience in IT Customer Support or equivalent
- Who will be available to start in September 2025
- Strong passion and desire to learn new technology
- Independent thinker yet team oriented
