Your role in the team:

  • Recognize and solve technical problems as reported by customers related to our SaaS and Managed products. 
  • Work with diverse customer technology ecosystems 
  • Interact with our support team across the globe to delivering best in class customer experience 
  • Work directly with customer application specialists and SMEs to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues. 
  • Be exposed to an entire range of cutting-edge technologies. 
  • Work closely with our development, customer success and product management teams. 
  • Attend training for new product features and technologies. 
  • Collaborate and exchange knowledge with other colleagues 
  • Suggest product and process improvements. 

What will help you succeed

  • 1 to 2 years experience in IT Customer Support or equivalent 
  • Who will be available to start in September 2025 
  • Strong passion and desire to learn new technology 
  • Independent thinker yet team oriented 
  • Innovative and creative 
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
  • Customer focused 
  • Willingness to work on late shifts, weekend and public holidays
