Regional People Operations Partner
Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional People Operations Partner based in Bengalaru, India. This is an individual contributor role providing local HR support for employees and leaders across India. In this role, you will manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecyle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive employee experience. As a trusted local partner, you will help implement consistent HR best practices and contribute to a culture of engagement and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policy, procedure and best practices
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local employment law and government regulations
- Administer and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Support full employee lifecycle management including onboarding questions, offboarding and internal mobility
- Partner with Business Partners to ensure continuity within the business
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion through policy practice and leadership collaboration
- Partner with the broader People & Culture team to ensure effective local application of enterprise-wide programs
- Participate contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
What will help you succeed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a hybrid workforce in India
- Proven experience as a HR generalist, including managing and resolving sensitive workforce issues
- Advanced working knowledge of India labor laws, employment practices, and cultural nuances; ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in establishing and implementing HR processes and best practices from the ground up is a plus
Skills:
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with employees and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency with HRIS system (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with data analytics tools is advantageous
- Professional HR certification preferred
